— Who we are

The same problems, solved repeatedly.

Propero is a small firm that runs tight engagements on specific operational problems. We know the constraints mid-market businesses work inside. We have been here before.

/ Domain expertise

Specific problems, not broad mandates.

We work on process breakdowns, hiring friction, operational inefficiency, and scaling failures. We do not take on engagements we cannot scope. Every project starts with a written diagnosis before any work begins.

If the problem is outside our track record, we say so on day one and refer you to someone who has solved it before.

The people doing the work

No one hides behind a title here.

Every person on a Propero engagement does the actual work. Senior practitioners run the analysis, write the scope, and sit in the room when the findings land.

We keep the team small on purpose. Smaller teams scope more honestly and deliver more cleanly.

Scope first. Cost next. Work begins after.

Every engagement is priced against a defined scope — no hidden contingency, no buffer for overpromise. A one-hour diagnostic call is where it starts.
